The goal of introducing your child to gymnastics is to make exercise fun and help your child develop strength, flexibility, speed, balance and coordination.
By learning how to use different parts of their bodies in different ways your child will be developing a good sense of body awareness and motor skills all of which will help them in their everyday life and sports activities plus, it encourages a healthy active lifestyle.
About Gym On Bus Mobile Gymnastics At La Costa Preschool And Kindergarten
Its all housed in a converted air conditioned school bus specifically set up for kids beginning at two years of age to play, learn and grow in their fitness and health .
Fun and Fitness activities include: ball pit and slides, trampoline, zipline and rings, balance beam and trapezoid and so much more.
When: Classes will begin in July on Fridays
