At La Costa Preschool and Kindergarten we also offer a specialty enrichment classes where your kids can study and learn Spanish, Art, Athletics, Funastics or our Readers Club.
Enrollment in La Costa Preschool and Kindergarten Enrichment Programs is open to children from the community as well as La Costa’s current student body. The only difference being is that Non-La Costa Preschool & kindergarten students enrolled in our enrichment program are required to have a parent on campus during their enrichment lesson.

Enrichment Classes Available:
Art, Illustration, Drawing, Painting Class
Children will use lines, shapes and forms to draw and illustrate animals, flowers, people, landscape, and cartoons. They will use paint, water color, crayons, and other assorted medium for special effects such as splattering, sponging, using salt, wet into wet, wet into dry, texturing, and much more. Students and their families will love their creations and fun.
Taught by: La Costa Valley Preschool and Kindergarten Teacher, Ms. Joan Ross.
Ms. Joan Ross is a published author and illustrator and has taught kindergarten and first grade students for over 26 years
Learn Spanish – Class for kids – Class Date: Wednesday Mornings
Little Amigos provides Spanish classes on-site. Through songs, games and art projects, students not only have fun, but are learning spanish. Curriculum revolves around monthly themes. Each theme teaches new vocabulary. Experienced instructors of Little Amigos have also received instructor clearance.
Athletics And Sports Training for kids – Class Date: Thursday Mornings
Amazing Athletes students will learn the basic fundamentals and mechanics of 9 different sports while also building self-confidence, practicing teamwork, and improving their fine and gross-motor skills. Classes are taught on-site by Amazing Athletes trained instructors. Instructors have also received clearance.

Dance Class
Professional instructors introduce you child to beginning tap, ballet, rhythm/movement and tumbling skills. Age appropriate music, fun props and an action packed class! Children benefit by building memory, concentration, coordination, creativity and self-confidence, all in a positive atmosphere. Webby Dance company provides on-site instruction. Instructors are also cleared.
