Kindergarten Academy
Our Kindergarten Academy is a California Department of Education private elementary school for students who are turning 5-years-old by September 1st. Our small class ratio provides students the opportunity to develop a mastery of skills through exciting activities that appeal to their laughter, hearts, imagination, and learning.
Our curriculum includes a state of the art phonics reading and writing program, math, science, health and nutrition, physical education, diversity and culture, the arts, and more.
The academic year is from August to June, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. We also offer before and after-school, intersession and specialty enrichment programs during school hours, and a Summer Academic Boot Camp for kindergarten and first grade bound students.
Since 1991, our Kindergarten Academy has been a valuable resource for families in preparing their kindergarten age children for academic success, emotional and social readiness, and a seamless transition into first grade. We are passionate about our students’ overall development as our experienced faculty guides them in their important educational journey.
As part of an overall faculty effort, we are also grateful for the continuing collaboration of Ms. Joan who previously served as our Kindergarten Academy teacher for over 10 years. She is a children’s book author, former Arizona Teacher of the Year recipient, and curriculum specialist.
