Our passionate teachers and staff seek to nurture the young growing minds of our students with the goal of helping them succeed in their educational and personal development. It is important for our team of caring experts to focus on each student’s whole child growth through enriching experiences while also helping families feel connected with one another through their child’s important educational journey.

Our mission is to provide a nurturing, safe, enriching environment for children as we seek to foster their inborn sense of wonder as they explore, create, make friends and conquer the many academic tasks before them.
Philosophy
We believe the foundation for learning includes the total development of the child. We seek to provide age-appropriate instruction that meets the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs of each child. Our programs are carefully designed to enhance a child’s repertoire of knowledge and skills, increase self-confidence, and promote curiosity and initiative.
Our Awards & National Accreditations
Since opening in 1991, our school has earned local, state, and national respect as an excellent program for children and parents alike. We are accredited by the Academy of Early Childhood Programs. The Academy is a division of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), the nation’s largest organization of early childhood programs.
Model Program
We are proud to serve as a model to others seeking to improve their programs and those seeking to earn national accreditation for excellence in early childhood education. Additionally, as a Kindness Certified School by The Great Kindness Challenge as part of Kids for Peace, a global nonprofit organization, we teach our students daily about the importance of modeling kindness with themselves, peers and community, and also take part in a week-long international kindness challenge.
Since 1991, we have partnered with colleges, local businesses, community leaders, and organizations committed to fostering a dynamic community for North County residents.
School Staff
Our caring and expert team consists of credentialed child development and administrative professionals with diverse educational backgrounds and experiences, majority of whom have been with us for many years. Additionally, all of our staff are mandated reporters by the California Department of Social Services, First Aid/CPR certified, and have the required immunizations and educational qualifications to work with children.
